How does it work? What is the hiring process?
Share the job description for the role you want to fill. Workling will deliver a short, tight list of vetted candidates within days. We help facilitate interviews and help onboarding your selected candidates. To make the process almost impossibly easy, your new developer is paid by Workling, eliminating any concerns around international HR and legal issues or transborder payments. You pay Workling every month for your hire, and Workling takes care of the rest. To get started use the chat below.
What does it cost? Are there any upfront recruiting or contractual costs?
Workling has no upfront charges or fees. Workling charges only a monthly, all-in fee for both the candidate’s compensation and our Workling platform fee. During the first year, the Workling fee is 25% of the monthly charge, and starting with the second year, that fee drops to only 10%.
For example, let’s say you hire a senior software engineer in Argentina via Workling and agree to pay the engineer $3,750 a month.
- In Year 1, you pay Workling $5,000 per month for that developer
The developer receives $3,750 and Workling receives $1,250 (a 25% fee). - From Year 2 onwards, you pay $4,125 per month.
The developer still receives $3,750 and Workling receives $375.

Workling maintains a database of the best developer talent from across Latin America—currently over 600,000 and growing. Since all of Latin America is within 2 hours of EST, it’s easy to integrate your new talent into your communication channels and meeting schedules.
What types of engagements does Workling offer (full-time, contract, etc.)?

How often will I be charged? How are payments and invoices handled?
Workling charges on a monthly basis. We accept ACH or can charge a credit card on file. We request prompt payment so we may pay your developer on time.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my candidate?
Workling is committed to finding you the best candidate to fit your business needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your developer, we will find you a new one—with zero upfront costs, as always.

What kind of jobs does Workling provide? Does Workling offer freelance gigs or part-time jobs?
Workling specializes in full-time jobs. While it is up to each specific company and role to determine exact hours and requirements, you can expect 40-hour workweeks. It is expected that you dedicate your full working attention to the job you are hired for—this is not part-time or weekend work.
What is the vetting process?
Workling begins with a simple process to set up your account and quickly establish your work history, experience and English fluency. And don’t worry whether you are under- or over-qualified—as long as you meet our minimum requirements and come with the right attitude, the chances are high you will build a great career with Workling.
How do I get paid (and how often)?
To simplify international payments and satisfy employment and tax requirements of your country of residence, you will receive all work compensation from Workling. Payments are made monthly via wire transfer, Payoneer or Husky.
